Our Pastor
Reverend Albert D. Blandin was born in Greenville, SC to Mr. and Mrs. Albert Blandin, Sr. He is married to the former Zinobia Kinlaw of St. Helena Island in Beaufort South Carolina. To this union they have four beautiful daughters and three grandchildren.
He was educated in the Greenville County School System and upon graduation furthering his education at the ITT Technical Institute in the study of electrical engineering. Pastor Blandin also has received his Bachelor of Theology degree from Andersonville Theological Seminary, where he is also currently enrolled in the M. Div program.
Pastor Blandin served in the United States Army as a Computer, Communications, and Control Specialist. After completing his military service, he received his call from the Lord to preach the gospel and was licensed to preach on May 27th, 2001, at the Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Greenville, SC.
Reverend Albert D. Blandin served faithfully as the youth minister at Mt. Sinai until God elevated him and he was called to pastor the Center Rabun Baptist Church in Gray Court, SC in 2009 until 2023. Pastor Blandin was called to Pastor the Mt. Sinai Baptist church in Greenville, SC in December 2023 where he faithfully and proudly serves where Mt. Sinai is Bible Based, Christ Centered, and Holy Spirit led.
Pastor Blandin currently serves as the Vice President at large of the Moderators department of the Progressive National Baptist Convention, Inc. Pastor Blandin has served as an officer in the South Carolina Progressive Fellowship, and many leadership positions in the Baptist Ministers Fellowship of Greenville and Vicinity. Pastor Blandin also serves in many community service organizations in Greenville and Vicinity.
Pastor Blandin works with AgapeCare Group of South Carolina as a Hospice Chaplain bringing peace and comfort to those in there final days.
Pastor Blandin believes that whatever God has called him to do in ministry he’s capable of, because of his favorite scripture in Philippians 4:13 which say’s “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
